Who am I
My name is Marine, and I’m a French professional genealogist based in Paris, France. I’ve been practicing genealogy for over 20 years, and I run a French genealogy blog called 'Dans les Branches,' which literally means 'In the Branches.' I also regularly participate in RootsTech conferences.
While I usually create content in French for a French audience, I’ve realized there’s so much to share with people unfamiliar with French genealogical research. Many face challenges in tracing their roots in France, especially due to the language barrier and the unique organization of French archives. So I have decided to start publishing ressources in English.
